As the June 14 induction ceremony approaches, anticipation is high for another evening of celebration, reflection, and recognition of the athletes and coaches who have shaped Calhoun County’s rich sports history.
The Calhoun County Sports Hall of Fame was formed in 2005 to honor Calhoun County citizens who have made significant contributions to Calhoun County as athletes, coaches, or in other sports-related fields. Each year six nominees are inducted into the Hall of Fame after careful screening by the board members.
